Don't Overlook Mature Expertise (DOME)
The DOME project is an initiative of the Government of South Ausralia and is a South Australia Works in the Regions project delievered in partnership with the Murraylands Regional Development Board.
DOME's short term aim is to help employers find the "right employee" and the unemployed the "right job" - both necessary if one is wanting to match skills and aspirations.
DOME works with our Members to not only supply staff training & recruitment needs, but also assist in analysing your current workforce & help develop ways of retaining staff.
DOME has three core service areas:
- Employment Services
- Registered Training Organisation
- Volunteer Unit
