The LEO project identified many employment opportunities due to business growth and has documented this in a "Time Tracker" document.  This document provides businesses and potential employees with an idea of when businesses will be looking for employees and what number they will be looking for.  The document has just been updated through the "Jobs without Water" project which commenced in July 2007 with employment growth projections out until the end of 2008.
